Promoting National Parks for all to enjoy

National Parks are for everyone... so go ahead and enjoy them!
National Parks exist not only to protect their special landscapes but so that everyone, no matter what their background, can learn about, visit and experience them.
Some people have never heard of National Parks, or might have heard of them but are unsure where they are. Others are not sure what they can do once they get there. CNP works to show everyone the wondrous things that National Parks have to offer.
One way in which we are doing this is through Mosaic. Mosaic offers young people and ethnic minority communities the opportunity to experience firsthand how fantastic the Parks are, and also to learn about the challenges that they face.
We also promote access to the National Parks for all through our policy work, for example by commenting on management plans, recreation strategies and transport plans.
CNP will continue to support all measures aimed at raising awareness of and breaking down barriers to access to the Parks, where these support the qualities that make these areas so special.
