Our Work with Business
CNP has links with businesses across England and Wales. This enables CNP to learn more about the needs of businesses in and around National Parks as well as highlighting to them the need to protect the National Parks.
The Corporate Forum for National Parks is an active partnership between private business and CNP. It is made up of companies which recognise the unique value of National Parks for conservation and recreation, and which agree to uphold these values in the development and application of their policies.
The purpose of the forum is to achieve the best integration of business, environmental and community interests in relation to National Parks by:
- Improving businesses' environmental and social performance in and around National Parks
- Mobilising support for National Parks and CNP within business
- Facilitating the dialogue and building understanding between business and National Park interest groups

- To increase understanding of the interaction of business and National Park issues
- To discuss these with other companies
- To have constructive dialogue with various stakeholders in the National Park world
