Members of CNP's Council

The Campaign for National Parks is an umbrella of nearly 40 environmental and amenity groups, indirectly representing over 3 million people with an interest in National Park matters.  CNP aims to give those groups a shared vision and voice on National Park issues.

The members of CNP meet 3 times a year to discuss issues related to National Parks.  Information gained from these meetings informs CNP's work.

CNP's Trustees are drawn from the members of CNP, and also meet three times a year.  They are:

  • Kate Ashbrook (Chairman) - General Secretary, Open Spaces Society
  • Richard Carling (Hon Treasurer) - Co-opted member of CNP
  • Elizabeth Wild (Vice Chairman England) - Co-opted member of CNP
  • Mary Taylor (Vice Chairman Wales) - Co-opted member, Brecon Beacons National Park Authority
  • Arabella Amory - Exmoor Society
  • John Anfield - Co-opted member of CNP
  • David Firth - Co-opted member of CNP
  • Fabienne Poulet - Co-opted member of CNP
  • Anne Robinson - Co-opted member of CNP
